4. REFUND POLICY
BCBSA may be unable to refund for non-tangible, irrevocable, and digital materials (e.g., videos, audios, etc.) based on customer satisfaction, partial or non-usage within the stipulated time. A full refund is possible for tangible products like books if they are returned in good condition while a partial refund of up to 60% is possible for contracted projects. All refunds will attract a 5% reversal fee and a 2% admin fee.
