BCBSA copyrighted materials are copyright protected and as such no part of any material can be reprinted, reproduced, transmitted, stored, recorded and shared without the written permission of BCBSA.

3. FREE DOWNLOADS AND SHARE

Materials in this category and be downloaded and shared widely for free. However, it will be appreciated if all logos and links to the platform are not removed. Thank you.

4. REFUND POLICY

BCBSA may be unable to refund for non-tangible, irrevocable, and digital materials (e.g., videos, audios, etc.) based on customer satisfaction, partial or non-usage within the stipulated time. A detailed description of each product in this category is provided to enable the customer to make an informed purchase decision. A full refund is possible for tangible products like books if they are returned in good condition while a partial refund of up to 60% is possible for contracted projects. All refunds will attract a 5% reversal fee and a 2% admin fee.
