Better Communication Better Science Academy

Scientists are always faced with the task of communicating effectively both orally and in writing to the audience within and outside their disciplines. As Andrew reviews research grant proposals and manuscripts for top-tier journals in chemistry and chemical engineering, he observed that writing effectively is challenging for many scientists. This challenge stems mainly from insufficient University training in writing. The essence of “Better Communication Better Science Academy” is to address this deficiency. The contents of the courses are drawn from Andrew’s rich research experience as well as his experience of teaching scientific writing and ethics and reviewing manuscripts and research grant proposals.
